We just wanted to share with you our experience around our two recent real estate transactions just completed in Mill Valley.

We just finished the sale of 401 Eldridge Avenue in Mill Valley and the purchase of 160 Sycamore Avenue in Mill Valley. The Real Estate Agent we used in both transactions was Pacific Union’s Warren Mullen.

Webster defines Consummate Professional as:

My wife and I define
Consummate Professional as: Warren Mullen of Pacific Union.

We have known Warren as a member of our community for the past 8 years. We first met him when he was the listing agent for the house that we purchased when we were represented by another agent. When it came time for us to sell our home we called Warren to interview him.  From the moment we agreed to list our home with him we realized that we had made the right decision. After discussing our needs and wishes he had a plan that was executed flawlessly.
 
While other realtors who we interviewed showed up in designer outfits and Cole Hahn loafers, Warren showed up ready to help us with the task of getting our home ready to show.  For Warren this meant pitching in on all of the work it takes to get a home ready to show. He even showed up one day with a chain saw to take down a tree that we needed taken down that was blocking significant light from shining in on our home. There was no job to big or too small.  He did it all.
 
Throughout the emotional roller coaster of a real estate transaction he maintained his sense of humor, supporting us every step of the way.

 

This is not our first real estate transaction. We have had over 15 and have experienced “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” of Realtors over the years.

We just wanted you to know what a pleasure it was to work with Warren and the Pacific Union Team.

        I know you receive enough accolades that you don’t need one more, but I just couldn’t resist.  You deserve all the recognition you get as far as I am concerned!

        You certainly know how resistant I was to some of your ideas in preparing our house for sale.  I admit now, you knew what you were talking about.  Thanks for being persistent with me.

        You were also right about the few changes you suggested for the kitchen.  The only problem with all of the ideas you gave us is that once we completed all the upgrading, the house looked so good we didn’t want to leave!  Why didn’t we do those simple things 5 years ago?

Dear Warren,

 I am writing this formal letter to you because I wanted you to know how pleased we have been working with you these past few months in our search for a home.

We both were very impressed with the way you knew the marketplace.  Your weekly (and sometimes daily) updates by mail, fax, and phone describing new houses on the market and changes in prices of existing houses for sale made us feel very confident that when you showed us the house on Ethel it was just right for us and a good value as well.

We also very much valued the vast knowledge you have about the towns, neighborhoods and schools of Mill Valley and of the nearby communities. We loved learning so much history of the area before we even moved in!
